Old Guys Getting Up and Throwing Down

Ahh, how I love taking a trip down memory lane. It seems like the NBA is on its way back to being an exciting game, but until that day comes, there’s always youtube, where the legends of yesteryear are back in their prime. Enjoy some of the top dunks from the 1994-1995 season. Anyone else remember Sean Elliot getting up as much as he does in #9? Dude’s head was above the rim. That’s a big deal these days, and I didn’t know he was doing it 15 years ago….

  Great Video! All time classics, no matter how old the videos are they still are good to look at.

  I do remeber Elliot getting up that high, only because I used to use the Spurs in NBA Jam from time to time!

  Is dunking over Ewing the way you get to number one on a list in the 90’s? He was so good they put every one of his worst moments on these dunk highlight reels!

    Yeah, Penny’s dunk didn’t seem like a best of the year jam, but any dunk over Ewing always seemed to make highlight reels. Kinda like dunking on Shawn Bradley.

  Wow, an Anthony Peeler sighting. And a slim Rodney Rogers to boot.

  The NBA channel was showing their old Dunk contest all day last week. Needless to say I was in heaven.
