Blake the Cyborg

You may remember I was in search of a new mancrush a little while back. Still haven’t found one, but I remember saying that Blake Griffin wouldn’t be it mainly because of his lack of interview flair. Normally I love all the DJ Steve Porter videos that come out, but this one was lacking something, like a truly fun soundbite that pretty much all his videos have had. The dunk montage was cool, but ultimately it shows how Blake doesn’t have the same charisma off the court I need in a true man crush. That being said I’m excited for the dunk contest. Kenny Anderson (Blake’s dunk coach) said a couple weeks ago that Blake would do something we’ve never seen. When he met with Blake to review what they could do, Kenny was shocked that he could add to a dunk Kenny thought was impossible. Hopefully it all pans out that way!

    I was looking to see what kind of props my service had for Blake this weekend. I’m assuming you’d have to lay a billion to win a dollar in the dunk contest.

      Haha, yeah it’s pretty much impossible to make anything off betting on the dunk contest! I should be around Sunday, so I’ll try to swing by the chat! I’m going to the fanfest stuff if it doesn’t rain…

    NBA All Star weekend honey’s ‘ll be linin’ up to get a sneak peek at Blake’s dunks and his balls !

    Meanwhile the Cavs still suck and there’s a rumor that ‘melo now wants to play for the Minnesota Lynx of the WNBA !

    Bring on the baseball season !

    Pujols is worth $30 million a year even if he’s not snakin’ Cameron Diaz’s birth canal !

    I wouldn’t gamble on the dunk contest if someone had a gun to my head.

    Anyhoo, I like Griffin a lot but I just think the idea of the dunk contest has kind of worn itself thin. It should have lasted for ten years and that’s it. There shouldn’t have been anymore of it. There are only so many ways to throw a ball though a hoop and in a decade we should have seen all of them.

    That being said, I thought that dunk that Blake was attemtping to do in the second half of the first round would have been one of the most amazing dunks ever if he could have pulled it off.

    He’s going to need to get himself more of a perimeter game if he wants to be regarded as an elite player in the league.

      Yeah man the dunk contest isn’t what it once was. It’s impossible to get a lot more creative than others already have. I wanted to see that 360 windmill fall for Blake on that first dunk. Would’ve been sick if he put it through. Maybe next year Blake will Wow us with something that we’ve truly never seen!
