DW is only 6’8″, so I bet they’d start him at SF I think. Jamison will be in his last year of his contract, so I think that won’t be a problem past next season. If they do take DW, how beastly would that starting frontline be. DW, Hickson, and Varejao!?!

Wow, you think Biyombo will go that high? I guess it would make sense since he’s a center with a lot of upside. Where do you see Kemba going?

Yeah that’s kinda my thinking too. It’s going to be tough for Irving and Knight because there are so many talented young guards in the league.

Kanter is supposed to be really good, but I bet some other international guy will turn out better. Seems like the second international guy off the board usually works out best…

I think the experts say there’s a huge drop off after the 2nd pick. Outside DW I don’t see a whole lot of guys that will be stars, but then again you never really know!

Looks like a good draft to me. I think your probably right about the #1 pick. Irving seems like the pick, but Williams is the much safer pick. However, would Cleveland play him at the 3 spot? If not, they could have a log jam at the 4 with Williams, Hickson and Jamison.

I think Detroit takes Biyombo. Although I would like to see Kemba I doubt he falls to #8. Good mock though.

I also think Williams is the way to go at number one.

While Irving and Knight are awesome point guards, they’re already behind the learning curve in a league that already features some pretty stout point guards. And we saw how many games Derrick Rose added to Washington’s win column.

You’re right, I’ve heard that kid from Turkey is supposed to be pretty good.

chappy There's a major drop off in talent once you get beyond the first dozen picks in this upcoming draft . The draft itself I won't at all find interesting ! There's no player there that simply has me drooling .
